At least five (5) years experience in a similar position;
Experienced in work team’s efficient management;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or the equivalent;
Has excellent communication skills both in French and in English
Comfortable in a multitasking environment.
Exercises rigor, has good organizational skills and is result-oriented;
Autonomous, demonstrates initiative and adaptability to unforeseen circumstances;
Excellent team player, skilled with collaboration and team management;
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and digital advertising is an asset;
Participating in the elaboration and planning of the enterprise’s short-term, mid-term and long-term strategic objectives
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for our products in order to improve their performance.
Leading, coordinating and ensuring the performance of a team numbering more than twenty (20) employees and constituted, among others, of product managers, creatives and communication specialists.
Managing and controlling the expenses and revenues related to the department’s operations, participating in the elaboration of budgets and ensuring compliance with them.
Elaborating tools, work methods and practices that are aimed at improving our products’ performance.
Supplying the sales teams with tools for the promotion of our various products.
Planning and coordinating public relations and communication efforts, widening the range of marketing initiatives.
Supervising the planning and development of the enterprise’s marketing materials.
Establishing useful performance indicators and seeing to their maintenance.
Carrying-out competitive intelligence in order to know the market’s needs, trends and best emerging practices.
